Who we are

NETZERO ALCHEMISTS LIMITED ("NETZERO Alchemists", "we", "us") is the data controller for information you provide through this website. Company number NI722747. Registered office: 55 Donegore Hill, Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT41 2QU.

What we collect through the enquiry forms

The homepage and Aquadrone enquiry forms ask for your name, organisation and email address and, if you choose, your role, your location, a description of what is happening in the water, your Aquadrone interest and up to three photographs or short videos.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• Legitimate interests: receiving and responding to general business enquiries, protecting the forms from misuse and maintaining appropriate business correspondence.
• Steps before a contract: where your enquiry concerns purchasing or commissioning our services, we use your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not publish or share uploaded material without your permission.

How your enquiry is handled

• Your enquiry is sent by email to alan@netzeroalchemists.com. The website does not keep a copy of your answers once the email has been accepted for delivery.
• You receive a short confirmation email. It contains no links to your files.
• To prevent spam and duplicate submissions, the website keeps limited security information: a scrambled (one-way hashed) identifier of your internet connection, a scrambled identifier of the submission and the time. This cannot be read back into your name, email or message, and it is deleted within 24 hours.
• Uploaded files are stored privately with a random file name. They are never public and cannot be found by search engines. The enquiry email contains a private link that expires after 30 days, and the files are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• If your enquiry cannot be delivered, any files you uploaded are deleted straight away and you are asked to email us directly.

Service providers

• Lovable (Lovable Cloud) hosts this website, runs the enquiry forms, stores uploaded files privately and sends the enquiry and confirmation emails. Lovable acts as our processor and uses its own sub-processors for hosting, storage and email delivery. The email service keeps technical delivery records (such as whether a message was delivered) without the content of your enquiry.
• UK2.NET, using the Stackmail email platform, provides our mailbox, where your enquiry email is received and stored.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, or their sub-processors, may process information outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data-protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses. How long we keep it

• Security information on the website: up to 24 hours.
• Uploaded files: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• General enquiries that do not become a customer relationship: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted.
• Enquiries that become a customer, contract or commercial relationship: transferred into the relevant business records and kept for up to six years after the relationship ends, unless a longer period is legally required.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To make a request, email alan@netzeroalchemists.com.
